CRISTIN HARBER: TITAN SERIES IS A COMBINATION BETWEEN ACTION MOVIE AND ROMANCE NOVEL

She is talented, she is charming, she is NY Times and USA Today bestselling author. Our next guest is known as one of the top romantic suspense writers in our time. Her Titan series continued with her last novel Black Dawn. The book premiered in July. Cristin Harber’s fans are waiting for the next novel Delta: Rescue that will be released in February. With the kind assistance of Sara Shone we are happy to welcome lady Harber at Land of Books.

cristin

– Cristin, you are very productive as a writer. You are working on three different series at once. How did you accomplish such a difficult task of mixing stories and characters?
– All the characters live in the same “world.” Titan came first, and Delta is the ghost team/special ops which works with Titan. The Only series only involves one couple, however in the end, the happily ever after includes Delta and Titan. While it’s three separate series, they are all interconnected.

Few days ago Pepper Winters released Final Debt, the sixth part of her popular Indebted series. The master of Dark romance is recognized worldwide for her books and made it into New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and USA Today International Bestseller. We are honored to host our next talk with Pepper Winters and to say welcome to Land of Books.

pepper

– Pepper, what is your book Final Debt about?
– It’s the finale to a long running series about a six-hundred-year old contract over two English houses. Debts have to be paid for circumstances that happened in the 1500’s. The story is set in modern day England and is a Dark Romance told with new debt in a volume. I can’t give too much away about Final Debt as it would spoil the other books. However, the first book DEBT INHERITANCE is free on all online platforms.

– Mark, what is your book The Case Against William about?
– It’s a father-son love story. The best description I can offer is the online synopsis:
Criminal defense lawyers must make their peace with one harsh fact of life: most of their clients are guilty.
But when William Tucker, a celebrated and self-centered star college football player, is suddenly arrested and charged with the brutal rape and murder of a college coed two years before, his estranged father, Frank Tucker, a drunken, broken-down, beach-bum ex-criminal defense lawyer, cannot believe his son is guilty. No father can. So he must find a way to sober up and save his son from the death penalty sought by an ambitious district attorney. And father and son learn that only three things in life are certain: death, taxes, and a father’s love for his son.

It’s a great pleasure to welcome one again at Land of Books mysterious writer Winter Renshaw. If you missed our first interview – check it out here.

arrogant_playboy

– Winter, welcome back to Land of Books. Tell us about your new release Arrogant Playboy?
Arrogant Playboy is the third book in my ‘Arrogant’ series. The hero, Beckham King, is a former FLDS lost boy who moved to New York City, changed his name, and opted for a self-indulgent lifestyle. In the opening scene, he’s just ended a one-night stand with a woman, Odessa Russo, who is sort of an anomaly to him. Normally he’s the love ’em and leave ’em type, but she piques his interest. That doesn’t happen often, if ever. So he pursues her, much to her dismay, and she resists him as best she can, but a handful of unforeseen circumstances throws them together in ways neither of them could’ve ever anticipated.
